Lies the philosophy of Weight, which stems from the esteemed Emeel process (principles and techniques). The Weight philosophy emphasizes cultivating an intrinsic awareness and relationship with your body, allowing you to navigate self-defense scenarios with precision and finesse.
I will share my personal experience gained over a decade in street fights, along with tips and techniques from the three styles. The sessions focus on exploring effective techniques to avoid conflict and minimize harm. My primary objective is to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and practical methods to prevent physical altercations in real-world situations while prioritizing personal safety and the safety of others.
During these sessions, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge, learn self-defense tricks, and build strength through collaborative exercises. The WSF sessions will allow participants to develop both physical and mental skills.

The sessions can be booked by a group, a company, a club, or an individual person at a time that is convenient for you or at the times offered by us. Depending on the size and needs of the group, the price will be offered accordingly.
