Where you can transform your movement into a Dance choreography to enhance your performance.
You will see the clouds moving, the sun and moon in motion, people walking, screaming, laughing, running, bikes turning, cars slowing down, your body sitting, walking, using the stairs, lifting, and you will also see people eating, hugging, saying goodbye, etc. Is all of that not a dance choreography? Maybe it is time for you to start being the choreographer of your day.
After every transformative session you will find yourself recharged and feel Refreshed.
If you start today, in 3 weeks you will be better, in 2 months you will notice changes, in 3 months your family and friends will notice, in 4 or 5 months everyone will notice, and in the 6th month, everyone will ask HOW.
Remember this: Grapes must be crushed to make wine, diamonds form under pressure, olives are pressed to release oil. So, whenever you feel crushed or find yourself under pressure, you are in a powerful place of transformation; enjoy the process.
Currently, we offer these sessions three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday). Additionally, we provide performances in theaters or other venues⠀

MDS is categorized as a Contemporary Dance style. This style was created by Emeel Safie in Frankfurt am Main, Germany in 2019, with the purpose of transforming our daily lives into a Dance choreography to enhance our Performance. The style seamlessly combines elements from modern dance, daily routines, floorwork, and ballet.
The phrase 'transforming our daily lives into a dance choreography' refers to the practice of integrating dance movements and principles into everyday routines and activities. By incorporating dance into daily life, MDS aims to enhance functionality, mindfulness, and overall well-being. It offers a means of infusing the art of dance into the fabric of everyday life, inspiring individuals to move through the world with heightened awareness and a deeper appreciation for movement and expression.
By treating daily actions as if they were part of a dance routine, individuals can find joy, mindfulness, and a sense of purpose in their routine tasks. This practice encourages individuals to view their bodies as instruments of expression and discover beauty and meaning even in the simplest actions.
In our weekly group sessions, you will gain a better understanding of Emeel's process and learn how to enhance your performance through your body's movement, mastering movements with greater ease, grace, and fluidity.

The sessions can be booked by a group, a company, a club, or an individual person at a time that is convenient for you or at the times offered by us. Depending on the size and needs of the group, the price will be offered accordingly.

However, please note that hotel residence and driving costs, if needed, will be covered by the event holder (not by us). For bookings outside of Germany, you will need to pay half of the price in advance.
