What is new about this workshop, given that we all already have knowledge about nutrition, how to move our joints, and how to overcome mental or physical challenges? Emeel Safie and Yves Schwantner compare this to a car that is built to drive us rather than us dragging and pulling it. It is vital to learn how to move the body to maintain functionality for as long as possible. The aim of this workshop is to increase awareness of how participants can achieve this by focusing on moving what they already have and enjoying food, rather than solely dreaming of what they do not have.
Join Emeel Safie and Yves Schwantner for an informative workshop on optimizing overall health and well-being through nutrition and movement. The workshop will cover the R-AST technique, which incorporates 12 joint, neurological, lemon, shifting, accordion, awareness, and movement techniques to improve physical and mental well-being. Participants will learn about the interconnectedness of nutrition and movement, and how to use both to nourish and optimize their bodies.
The workshop will explore the 12 joints and how working on the brain can improve everyday habits, both at work and during leisure activities. Participants will also learn about the power of AKBI to overcome mental or physical challenges.
We will work in three dimensions: questioning food, movement, and the 12 joints. In case we need to solve a Weight (challenge), we will apply the need it of the following techniques applied neurology, shifting, lemon, awareness, accordion or the AKBI to overcome it.
1- Learn about the interconnectedness of nutrition and movement: The workshop will provide you with a deeper understanding of how nutrition and movement are interlinked, and how you can use both to nourish and optimize your body.
2- Develop new habits: The workshop is designed for individuals who are interested in improving and developing themselves and their environment by creating new habits that focus on self-improvement. You will learn practical tips and techniques that you can implement in your daily life to improve your health and well-being.
3- Work in three dimensions: The workshop will explore nutrition, movement, and the 12 joints in three dimensions, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of how you can optimize your body. Additionally, you will learn how to use AKBI principles to overcome mental or physical challenges and optimize your overall health and well-being.
This workshop is designed for individuals who are interested in improving and developing themselves and their environment by creating new habits that focus on self-improvement.
The workshops can be booked by a group, a company, a club, or an individual person at a time that is convenient for you or at the times offered by us. Depending on the size and needs of the group, the price will be offered accordingly.

However, please note that hotel residence and driving costs, if needed, will be covered by the event holder (not by us). For bookings outside of Germany, you will need to pay half of the price in advance.
